Job Description

We are currently open for fresh graduates with zero to 6 months of work experience to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work onsite (office-based)
  • Filipino Citizen or with relevant residence status
  • Previous BPO experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in related fields
  • Willing to work at our Mckinley Hill office in Taguig
  • Open to working on shifting schedules, including night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
