Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a specialization in Healthcare Accounts to join our team. As a CSR for our Healthcare Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, medical professionals, and healthcare providers.
Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also assist in coordinating with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong knowledge of healthcare terminologies. Previous experience in customer service within the healthcare industry would be a plus.
