Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and process medical claims and bills
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues
- Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to work on-site
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview

Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
