Job Description
As a CSR Healthcare specializing in Patient Billing & Collections, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medical invoices and payments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and verifying patient insurance information
- Preparing and submitting insurance claims
- Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Following up on unpaid claims and delinquent accounts
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies
- Collaborating with medical staff to address billing inquiries or disputes
This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of healthcare billing practices, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in medical coding, insurance regulations, and billing software is preferred.
