- Proactively answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Research and provide insightful responses to complex customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering trust with customers.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members.
- Continuously learn about company products, services, and policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Strong technical proficiency in email, chat, and CSR software.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
