Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attending training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Resolving customer inquiries through various channels.
- Logging calls into CRM system and escalating issues when needed.
- Providing accurate feedback and maintaining customer information confidentiality.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
