Job Description
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese
- Currently residing in Metro Manila
- Passport on-hand (Tourist visa, Working Visa, Residence Visa holder)
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking and understanding)
- Can read and write in Mandarin
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels promptly
- Efficiently resolve customer issues for satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a good understanding of products and services
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to quality standards for consistent service
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: 100 rmb – 1800 rmb
- 2 days off per month
- Free accommodation and food
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Rotational shift
