Job Description
– Call and follow-up with leads and prospects consistently to maintain engagement and interest.
– Collect necessary information from clients and prepare files for underwriting team review.
– Set-up urgent files for underwriting with short turn times.
– Monitor underwriting progress and update the LOA regularly.
– Maintain communication with clients and realtors from pre-approval to contract.
– Direct clients to appropriate contacts during loan conversion.
– Maintain communication with potential clients to retain their interest.
– Perform other tasks assigned by team lead.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/Sales
- Fresh Graduate preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good customer service skills
Job Details: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php36,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Location: Ortigas Pasig
