JOB OBJECTIVE
Assist customers regarding their general inquiries, orders, and follow-ups across various communication channels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide outstanding service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle various customer interactions such as product inquiries, orders, follow-ups, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in both English and Filipino.
- Fresh Graduates are open to apply.
