Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year or 2-year course
- Strong communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Preferably with call center experience
- Amenable to shifting schedule
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong and Pandacan, Manila
Summary of Job Description:
- Inbound and Outbound Customer Care
- Respond to customer inquiries about products and services promptly
- Update customer information and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently
