Job Description
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- Completed High school or College Graduate
- Good communication skills, BPO experience a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment
- Advising members of co-payments
- Providing network provider details
- Handling plan cancellations
