Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR Local Account) and other roles:
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of company products and procedures
- Maintain patience and empathy with customers
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend Face to Face Interview at Ortigas
- 18 years old and above, at least High School graduate
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Conversant in English with active listening skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
