Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide financial services.
- Make and take calls with expertise.
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.
Needed Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least two years of tertiary education.
- Three months of call center experience required.
- Good communication and listening skills. Confidence in providing relevant answers.
