Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing routine to complex transactions over the phone, resolving problems and inquiries.
- Conduct account maintenance, report generation, and project work.
- Responds to escalated inquiries, referring difficult cases.
- Resolves disputed matters and negotiates settlements.
- Documents risks and problems, escalating recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/College level/Vocational in any course
- 0-6 months relevant Customer service experience
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Service-minded and patient.
- Proficient in computer skills; Typing, Microsoft Office, social media.
- Location: McKinley West, Taguig City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule: Morning, Mid & Night shift for 6 days a week
