Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) fluent in both Local language and Tagalog to join our team as an Account Email/Chat Support. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email and chat communication channels.
Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
