Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming and outbound customer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and assistance over the phone.
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring information is conveyed in a friendly and understandable manner.
  • Ensure that all phone interactions meet the company’s quality standards and consistently reflect its brand image.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company’s database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide feedback to the team and management regarding recurring customer issues and offer suggestions for improving products, services, or processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, and adherence to call scripts.

Qualifications:

  • College Level or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer issues effectively during phone interactions.
  • Familiarity with phone systems, CRM systems, and the ability to navigate computer applications while on calls.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team to improve customer support processes and share knowledge and best practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary
