Job Description
Key Task Responsibilities
- Front-line support in maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Provide assistance to Walk In Clients’ queries
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and colleagues through various channels (FB Page, Email, GC, Landline, and Mobile) as necessary
- Knowledgeable with Test Parameters and services offered
- Responsible for handling, recording, monitoring, and resolving external/internal complaints and concerns
- Assist in checking FSA timely sampling and test results delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assists on sampling request schedule and test result delivery coordination with FSA
- Conduct customer survey feedback to improve the company’s performance
- Performs other related duties that may be required
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Knowledgeable in MS Offices
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- A resident of Calamba Laguna or a nearby town.
