Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer service, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction are the main responsibilities of call center agents. They need essential skills to engage with customers in various situations.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Average communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time and in shifting schedules
