Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who doesn’t require any BPO experience to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer complaints with a high degree of professionalism
- Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
