Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include responding to incoming calls from customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information, and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate
- With Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience (not limited to BPO)
- Willing to work on-site and start immediately
