Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account setup, management, and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex technical problems for resolution.
- Document and maintain accurate customer records.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive attitude.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent.
- Prior related experience preferred.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to attend on-site interviews.
