Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Davao site. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required!
As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests. You will handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
