Job Description
As a CSR Operations Trainer for our dayshift schedule, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions to equip our customer service representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your primary duties will include developing training modules, leading hands-on workshops, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Successful candidates should have prior experience in customer service and training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others. The ability to work during the dayshift schedule is essential for this role.
