Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to a variety of calls and emails for a local telco account
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School/ High School (old curriculum) graduate
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in CSR role (local/international voice account)
- Can work in a day shift set-up in Pasay
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can start ASAP
