Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes responding to incoming calls, answering inquiries, troubleshooting, and handling complaints regarding products/services.

- High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
- Not currently enrolled as a student
- Willing to work full time and in shifting schedule
- Good English communication skills
- Computer literate and skilled in web navigation
