Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist

- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions using scripts.
- Stay professional, empathetic, and patient with all customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend interview at Ortigas.
- Amenable to working onsite.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status, 18 years old and above.
- Completed at least 2nd year in college, conversant in English.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
Nice to have: Customer service experience.
