Job Description
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Handling customer requests promptly and appropriately
- Using client-based tools for customer management
- Providing exceptional service with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
Requirements:
- High School or SHS Graduate
- Minimum 3 months Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills
- Computer and internet navigation proficiency
- Willingness to work on site
