Job Description
We are hiring for CSR Representatives for our Collections Account at Sapient Global Services – Cainta.
As a Financial Account Specialist, you will provide exceptional financial services to our valued clients. Your primary tasks will include managing financial transactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with financial transactions and inquiries
- Process transactions accurately and timely
- Resolve client concerns
- Provide financial advice
- Adhere to regulations
