Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period. As a CSR Seasonal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and escalating issues as needed. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for successful candidates.
