Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative

- Telemarketer
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions
- Maintain professionalism with challenging customers
General Qualifications:
- Onsite interview availability
- Conversant in English
- BPO Experience is a plus
- Good Typing Skills
- At least High School Graduate
For CSBB Account Qualification:
- Completed 2 years in college
- 6 months of BPO experience
- Previous financial services experience preferred
- Willing to work on-site in Taguig
