Job Description
We are now open to accepting applications from fresh graduates with zero to 6 months of work experience.
Qualifications:
- Able to work onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- BPO experience is a plus but not required
- Graduate of Banking & Finance course, preferably in related fields
- Good English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Amenable to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
- Able to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers via various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
