We are now accepting fresh graduate candidates with 0-6 months work experience for immediate hiring.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work onsite (office-based).
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- BPO experience is a plus but not required.
- Graduate of Banking & Finance or related courses with good English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in specified fields.
- Open to working in Mckinley Hill, Taguig with shifting schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
