Job Description

1. Improving customer service experience, create engagement to customers, facilitate natural growth and deploying strategies focused towards the mission of the company;

2. Taking ownership of customers’ issues and following problems through appropriate resolution;

3. Submit reports to management and keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions for statistics;

4. Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment;

5. Stick to and manage the approved budget, control resources, utilize assets and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;

6. Supervise Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok and other e-commerce platforms for customer service online consulting work, inquiries, customer satisfaction, and improve the store conversion rate;

7. Develop advanced service procedures, policies and standards relating to customer service and apply best practices to areas of improvement.

8. Familiarity with the company’s products and related information, understand the platform and store rules and regulations, preferential activities, and after-sales service;

9. Do other tasks related to the position or as requested by the department head.
