Job Description
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Should be amenable to work onsite (Pasay City).
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests.
- Developing and maintaining accurate files.
- Ensuring customers’ requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.

- Communication & Relationship skills.
- Aptitude Skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
