Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative (CSR/TSR) to manage customer queries and complaints. Your responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and coordinating with colleagues. Experience with computers is required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive customer interactions
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Communicate through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve complaints
- Knowledge of products to answer questions
- Process orders and requests
- Keep records of interactions and feedback
- Provide feedback on customer service efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00 – Php25,00 per month
