Job Description
THIS IS OPEN TO ALL APPLICANTS WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
- Amenable to work onsite ( Pasay, MOA )
- Okay with Morning Shift
- At least Senior Highschool Graduate.
- Good and clear communication skills.
- 6 months contract with possible extension or absorption based on performance
- BPO experience is_ preferred but not required_
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls/email from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
