About the Job
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our US Online Food Delivery Campaign. As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their food delivery orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Availability to work from home on a flexible schedule
