Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our US Online Food Delivery Campaign. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing excellent customer support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding their orders.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about product availability, delivery status, and company policies.
- Assist customers in placing orders, making modifications, or cancelling orders as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online food delivery platforms.
