Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will handle orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. Staying calm under pressure is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve complaints.
- Process orders and keep records of interactions.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
