Job Description
Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Voice & Non-Voice).
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact, avoiding unnecessary transfers.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
