Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes responding to incoming calls from customers, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and handling complaints regarding products or services.

- Willing to work full-time in shifting schedule
- Good English communication skills
- Computer literate with web navigation skills
