Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems according to Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- High School/ALS/College Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
