Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor – EN FLT OB. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our English-speaking customers.
As a Customer Advisor, your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing orders, updating customer information, and providing product recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent English is a requirement, along with knowledge of our products and services. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
