Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Advocacy Generalist 1. As a Customer Advocacy Generalist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in customer service or advocacy is a plus.
