WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Advocate at Boldr, your role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints related to the company’s products and services. You will work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional customer service promptly and professionally.

Requirements
YOU HAVE…
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills and phone handling abilities
- Ability to understand and convey complex information
- Quick tech adaptation and feedback acceptance
