Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, handling and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
