Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information with empathy

Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office
- Strong communication and phone handling skills
- Quick learner of new technology
- Customer-oriented mindset and open to feedback
