Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Airline Reservations Assistant.

List of Vacant Positions:

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Technical Support Representative

  • Financial Associate
  • Telemarketer
  • Content Moderator

General Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address customer needs using scripts.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Visiting Ortigas site for Interview ONLY.
  • 18+ years old, HIGHSCHOOL Graduate.
  • Conversant in English.

Nice to have:

  • Prior customer service experience.

Apply now for Full-time position with salary Php18,230.00 – Php28,880.00 per month.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts with supplemental pay.
