Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Airline Reservations Assistant.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Visiting Ortigas site for Interview ONLY.
- 18+ years old, HIGHSCHOOL Graduate.
- Conversant in English.
Nice to have:
- Prior customer service experience.
