Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Assistant to provide fast and friendly service to any customer who comes into our shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing great customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm even when faced with difficult situations. The right candidate will have the maturity and responsibility to handle job-related tasks such as taking inventory and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle problem situations with customers and follow through to resolution.
- Accurately enter data into the computer as required.
- Answer questions or refer customers to other parties as needed.
- Ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
- Accurately enter data into the computer using a variety of computer programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php9,400.83 – Php25,853.22 per month
