Job Description
One-day hiring process, Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution.
- Process customer requests for account changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds.
- Stay updated on product updates, new features, and promotions for effective communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
